Holly Bennett Golf is the name behind the site, the books and the membership.
For anything about your details, email business@golfholly.com.
Having a look round
Does anything follow me about while I browse?
Nothing. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no Google or Facebook trackers, no analytics scripts.
You won't need an account, and the site has no sign-up form.
Cloudflare hosts the pages. It processes your IP address so the pages reach you and stay protected.
From a video or QR code
Why do you note where I clicked from?
The why: to learn which videos actually help golfers.
The how: whenever one of our video links or QR codes is used, we note the time and the video or link. We also note the page it opened and your country, plus a scrambled code made from your IP address. The IP address is never stored, and the code can't be worked back into it.
One small cookie lasts 30 days. Its only job is remembering which version of the book page you saw. Then it stays the same if you return. It's the only cookie we set. Hotmart's checkout is another matter: its cookies come under Hotmart's own policy.
Buying one of my books
Who handles my card details when I buy?
Hotmart does. Your name, email, billing and payment details are collected there. Card numbers never come to us.
From Hotmart we hear what you bought, the price and your email. We also learn your country and which video or link you came from.
For book orders, all we keep of your email is a scrambled version.
Becoming a member
What do you hold on me as a member?
Why: to send your letters and your weekly drill. How: Hotmart shares your name, email, country and time zone with us, plus your membership status and dates. We also learn which video or link brought you.
Our letters also report whether they arrived and which links were clicked.
A checkout left unfinished
Will I hear from you if I don't finish paying?
Possibly. If a checkout isn't completed, or a payment fails, Hotmart may pass us your name and email.
We may then send up to two gentle reminder emails. A single click puts a stop to them. We never send them if you've already bought.
Your letters to me
What happens to the messages I send?
To reply, we hold on to your message and your email address.
The full raw copy is deleted after 90 days. The text of your message is kept, so the conversation still makes sense later.
AI drafting help
Do you use AI to answer my letters?
Sometimes, yes. An AI writing assistant may help draft our replies so they reach you sooner.
Your message is used for that alone.
What it's used for
Why do you need my details at all?
To deliver books and letters, answer questions and process refunds.
To understand which videos help. And, with an unsubscribe link in every email, to tell you about other Holly Bennett Golf books.
Never for sale
Will my details be sold or passed to advertisers?
Never. We don't sell your personal information or let it out for rent. And it's never shared for advertising.
The services we rely on
Which outside services handle my details?
Payments, book delivery and membership billing go through Hotmart. Our emails are sent by Resend. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores our data, and email sent to us arrives there.
Each has its own privacy policy, worth a read if you're curious.
How long we keep things
How long do my details stay with you?
Membership details stay while you're a member, and until you ask us to delete them.
Unsubscribed addresses become a scrambled “do not email” note, so you're never emailed again.
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Can I stop the emails, or ask what you hold?
Of course. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or simply reply “unsubscribe”.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to business@golfholly.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
That's for anyone, anywhere in the US, California included. Hotmart keeps separate records of what you bought, which the law requires of it.
For adult golfers
Is the site suitable for children?
Both the books and the membership are written for adults.
Nor do we knowingly collect data from any child under 13.
